Hefei Bolin Advanced Materials Co., Ltd., founded in 1997, initially engaged in the technology consultation and service for the composite materials.
Through technical cooperation with HFUT (Hefei University of Technology) and based on IAR (industry-academy-research), our company grows into a group integrated with product R&D, manufacture and sales.
At present, we have over 400 employees including more than 80 R&D personnel, two production bases and an enterprise R&D center. Covering an area of 78.4 acres and a plant area of 40,000 square meters, our company has over 600 sets of production equipment and 50 sets of testing equipment as well as multiple modern full-automatic production lines such as composite material production line, powder metallurgy production line, precision metal machining production line, side plate for hydraulic gear pump production line, etc. With our own hardworking development and based on the innovation, our company successively has been awarded as the High-tech Enterprise and Innovative Enterprises of Anhui Province, and has won 18 patented technology and numerous national science and technology projects. The "lead-free, high load carrying, antifriction, wearable and high-pressure side plate” has broken overseas technical monopoly. Nowadays, we not only have our own R&D center, but owned the Engineering Technology Center of Anhui Province for Powder Metallurgy Composite Materials that has become the industry leader in Anhui Province. Adopting the technique and technology of powder metallurgy composite materials and combining with precision metal machining technology, we are specialized in the product R&D of the basic parts of machinery, and have formed four core businesses including 1. anti-friction and wearable hydraulic precision components for hydraulic pump; 2. high-strength powder metallurgy parts for automobile and electric tool; 3. three-layer composite material and double-metal material products; 4. planetary gear reducer for solar tracking device and tubular motor.
